Hiring: HR Recruiter and Interns

Location: Indore
Salary: Up to 15,000 per month
Stipend for Interns
Experience: Freshers to 1 year

We are a recruitment company looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role offers complete practical exposure in end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle recruitment for IT and Non-IT profiles
✔️ Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
✔️ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
✔️ Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments
✔️ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
✔️ Maintain candidate database and regular communication

Requirements:
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Interest in HR and recruitment
✔️ Basic understanding of hiring process
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred

Training & Support:
✔️ Complete training will be provided to freshers
