About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Non-IT) with 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of non-IT roles across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT positions.

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Screen applications, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment data, daily reports, and candidate tracking sheets.

• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred).

• 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
