We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic and overseas requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job roles (domestic & overseas).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Perform screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist relevant profiles.
Conduct cold calling to reach potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates until joining and complete documentation/onboarding support.
Work closely with recruitment team, client coordinators, and management.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Maintain professional communication with candidates (WhatsApp, calls, email).
Strong communication skills (English preferred).
Ability to handle bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment.
Good computer skills (MS Office, job portals, email handling).
Strong talent-sourcing and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure.
Should be target-driven and proactive.
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment.
Experience with overseas hiring is an added advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
