We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our empanelled clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency/consultancy hiring and must be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements shared by empanelled clients
Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Conduct telephonic and virtual screenings
Shortlist and submit relevant profiles within TAT
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
Manage offer rollouts and salary negotiations
Maintain daily recruitment tracker and pipeline
Ensure successful closures and minimize dropouts
Required Skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good communication and convincing ability
Understanding of different job roles (IT / Non-IT / Sales / Operations – specify as
needed)
Ability to handle multiple mandates
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
Performance Incentives per successful closure
Additional bonuses for achieving monthly target
