Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR consultancy and the ability to efficiently source, evaluate, and close positions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Understand client requirements and create accurate and detailed job descriptions.
3. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and networking.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports regularly.
6. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
7. Ensure timely closures of open positions as per client expectations.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. HR Recruitment (preferably in a consultancy)
2. communication interpersonal skills
3. Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques
4 Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
