HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through online channels, job fairs, referrals, and social media.

• Post job advertisements on various platforms and track their performance.

• Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Excel sheet.

• Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Assist in building a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Having experience/knowledge in Payroll .
