Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s manpower requirements. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with management

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation

Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with job portals (like Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

MS Office knowledge

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives (depending on experience)
