Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and motivated HR Recruiters at various experience levels to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates for our diverse client base across multiple industries. You will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a perfect fit for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals).

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage candidate pipelines efficiently and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Salary Tiers:

We have openings for candidates across different experience levels, with competitive salary packages based on your expertise:

Associate Recruiter (Min. 1 Year Experience):

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication skills, basic understanding of recruitment processes, and eagerness to learn.

Salary Range: ₹8,000 - ₹13,000 per month

Recruiter (Min. 2 Years Experience):

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of solid experience in a recruitment role. Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates effectively, manage multiple requisitions, and possess good negotiation skills.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Min. 5+ Years Experience):

Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of closing challenging positions, excellent stakeholder management, strategic sourcing abilities, and mentorship potential.

Salary Range: Starting from ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)

General Requirements for All Levels:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
