HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Coordinate and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

• Manage candidate database and maintain proper recruitment records.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of recruitment process and techniques.

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good at candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.

• Ability to multi-task and meet hiring deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of BFSI roles and terminology will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
