HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with excellent command over English and strong interpersonal skills. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.

• Source candidates using databases, networking, and employee referrals.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and communication skills.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and agencies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS tools is an added advantage.
