We are hiring Freelance HR Recruiters to support bulk hiring for roles such as delivery executives, factory workers, and other entry-level positions. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews with candidates

• Follow up with candidates until joining

• Maintain daily hiring updates and reports

🔹 Compensation 💰

• Per hire payout (negotiable based on role and volume)

• Typically ranges between ₹500 – ₹750 per successful candidate

• Payment will be released after candidate joining

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (relevant degree preferred)

• Basic understanding of recruitment is required

• Good communication skills

• Freshers with interest in HR are welcome

🔹 Required Skills

• Candidate sourcing skills (job portals, Facebook, WhatsApp groups)

• Strong communication and convincing ability

• Good follow-up and coordination skills
