About the Role:

Ascent BPO is hiring a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for BPO/non-BPO roles and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews

Use portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and social media platforms to source candidates

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews for voice/non-voice processes

Coordinate walk-in interviews and manage candidate pipelines

Maintain hiring reports and daily recruitment trackers

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower planning

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/non-BPO recruitment

Prior experience in bulk or volume hiring preferred

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
