Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter or hr intern who can handle end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple job openings.
Freshers can apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of job portals such as Apna, Naukri, and LinkedIn is preferred.
