Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from various departments.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate database.

• Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and completing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
