Job Description

Key Responsibilities  Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.  Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates.  Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.  Draft job descriptions and post job openings on portals.  Handle joining formalities and onboarding process.  Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.  Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.
