Hiring for HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Mode: Work from Office
Location: Saltlake Sector 5
Budget: 15000 - 20000 in-hand
Primary Objective:
To source, attract, screen, and engage qualified candidates to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, aligning with the organization’s goals and talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Hiring Needs:
Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements, qualifications, and team expectations.
Draft and refine accurate job descriptions.
Sourcing Candidates:
Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and social media.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Shortlist candidates for the hiring manager’s review.
Coordinating Interviews:
Schedule interviews between candidates and the internal interview panel.
Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination.
Candidate Engagement:
Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
Maintain a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
Assist in offer discussions, negotiate compensation when required, and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and budget.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and metrics (time-to-hire, source efficiency, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
