Handle bulk hiring for Loan Recovery / Collection Executives and Supervisors.
Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and local vendors.
Screen resumes and conduct 1st round telephonic interviews.
Verify candidate details including DRA / Non-DRA background.
Negotiate salary, incentives, and joining terms with candidates.
Coordinate interviews with operations team and ensure timely closures.
Manage daily calling targets and hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment tracker, MIS, and joining data.
Follow up with selected candidates till successful joining.
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Maintain strong candidate pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
Graduate preferred (any stream).
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of collection / loan recovery process is mandatory.
Understanding of field & tele collection hiring.
Ability to work under high-volume hiring pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
1–5 years experience in bulk hiring, preferably for:
Loan Recovery Executives
Collection Telecallers
Field Collection Staff
Call Center / BPO Collection roles
Experience in DRA hiring will be an added advantage.
