ob Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for Loan Recovery / Collection Executives and Supervisors.

• Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and local vendors.

• Screen resumes and conduct 1st round telephonic interviews.

• Verify candidate details including DRA / Non-DRA background.

• Negotiate salary, incentives, and joining terms with candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with operations team and ensure timely closures.

• Manage daily calling targets and hiring targets.

• Maintain recruitment tracker, MIS, and joining data.

• Follow up with selected candidates till successful joining.

• Support onboarding and documentation process.

• Maintain strong candidate pipeline for continuous hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate preferred (any stream).

• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of collection / loan recovery process is mandatory.

• Understanding of field & tele collection hiring.

• Ability to work under high-volume hiring pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).

Experience:

• 1–5 years experience in bulk hiring, preferably for:

  • Loan Recovery Executives

  • Collection Telecallers

  • Field Collection Staff

  • Call Center / BPO Collection roles

• Experience in DRA hiring will be an added advantage.
