We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Support employer branding activities on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
