🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job openings
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and coordinate joining formalities
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines
✅ Required Skills
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
* Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
