Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented HR Recruiter to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a professional appearance, along with a solid educational background in Human Resources. This role offers strong growth potential and attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles in the real estate sector.

·          Draft and publish job postings across platforms and job boards.

·          Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking.

·          Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.

·         Schedule and conduct interviews in a professional and timely manner.

·         Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers for candidate evaluation.

·         Maintain candidate records and recruitment MIS reports.

·         Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications:

·         Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

·          Presentable and confident with strong interpersonal skills.

·         MBA in HR or equivalent qualification is required.

·         Minimum 6 months to 2 year of relevant experience preferred

·          Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

·          Real estate recruitment experience is a plus.

Working days

·         Monday to Sunday (1 weekly off on Tuesday - fixed)
