Screening, shortlisting & scheduling interviews

Maintaining hiring database & joining formalities

Coordination with operations team for manpower requirements

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in blue-collar / warehouse manpower hiring

Must have hired for roles like Loading, Unloading, Housekeeping, Pantry

Good communication & networking skills

Bike & valid Driving License is compulsory

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
