Job Description:

Maxpine Group is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews

• Coordinating with department heads for hiring requirements

• Conducting initial HR interviews

• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Handling offer letters and joining formalities

• Assisting in employee onboarding and documentation

• Supporting day-to-day HR activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

• Freshers with strong interest in HR recruitment can apply
