HR Recruiter – Malayalam Language
Mission:
To identify, attract, and onboard suitable Malayalam-speaking talent for domestic BPO and telesales roles by effectively using job portals, referrals, and recruitment best practices, ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements.
Job Description:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of candidates for Malayalam voice and telesales processes. The role involves using multiple job portals and applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other recruitment applications.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Malayalam telesales and domestic BPO roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews in Malayalam.
• Explain job roles, salary structure, shifts, and company policies clearly to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Team Leaders and Operations teams.
• Maintain daily hiring trackers, interview status, and joining reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Work on employee referrals, walk-ins, and social media hiring.
• Ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and onboarding coordination with HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Minimum Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years in HR recruitment, preferably in Domestic BPO / Telesales hiring.
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory); Tamil is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other hiring platforms.
