Job Title: HR Recruiter – Telesales BPO

Location: Chennai(Little mount)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 years (sale bulk hiring)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, focusing on recruitment for tele sales and BPO profiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for voice and non-voice BPO processes. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for telesales and BPO roles through various job portals, social media, and networking.

Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews with operations and hiring managers.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Coordinate with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.

Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA(Full time)

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred: HR, Business Administration).

1–3 years of experience in BPO/tele sales recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills/cold calling.

Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Monster) and sourcing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of BPO sales hiring processes is a plus.

Preferred:

Experience hiring for voice and telecalling/telesales roles.

Familiarity with ATS,Interface
