🔹 About the Role:

We are hiring Tele Recruiters (Office-Based) to join our internal team.

You will help us hire for loan, credit card & insurance sales jobs by calling job seekers and coordinating with clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make 80–100 calls daily to job seekers (data will be provided)

Explain job profile and collect CVs

Share profiles with client HR on WhatsApp

Follow up with candidates for walk-in & joining

Report daily performance in given format

✅ Who Can Apply:

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Good Hindi communication skills (Basic English is a plus)

Confident on phone and target-focused

Basic WhatsApp & Google Sheet usage knowledge

Fresher with serious career attitude welcome

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Component Amount

Fixed Salary ₹8,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive- ₹5,000

Bonus On Target Achievement

Growth Team Leader roles in 3–6 months
