Experience Required:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in BPO / Call Center Hiring

• (Fresher with strong BPO knowledge can also apply)

Salary Package:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹2,000 per month

• Total CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours:

09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen & shortlist candidates for BPO voice/non-voice roles

• Handle bulk hiring through job portals, social media & references

• Schedule & conduct telephonic interviews

• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets and maintain recruitment MIS

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of BPO hiring process

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English)

• Candidate engagement & negotiation skills

• Target-oriented approach
