Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
Recruit Security Guards, Supervisors, Housekeeping Staff, Telecallers, Back Office Executives, and other manpower as per company requirements.
