Key Responsibilities

1.      Talent Acquisition:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.

2. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.

3. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.

2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3. Ensure timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the hiring process.

3.      Job Descriptions and Postings:

3. Create, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.

4. Maintain an updated database of open positions and candidate profiles.

4.      Compliance and Documentation:

4. Collect and verify candidate documents, including KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.

5.      Onboarding Support:

5. Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

6.      Performance Metrics:

6. Meet and exceed recruitment targets, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.

7. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to processes

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
