The HR Executive/Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding, for both corporate and manufacturing positions. The role requires strong core knowledge of sourcing candidates, managing recruitment portals, and ensuring smooth pre-joining and joining formalities.


I. Recruitment & Sourcing Management

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from Senior to Junior level positions across the Corporate Office, three Manufacturing Units, and Branch Offices.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Maintain and strengthen a network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and employee referrals.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop strategies to fulfill manpower requirements.

  • Advertising & Outreach:

    • Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.

    • Create templates and conduct bulk/mass mailing to relevant profiles on Naukri.

    • Send detailed Job Descriptions (JD) to candidates.

  • Screening & Selection:

    • Conduct HR rounds and interviews with candidates.

    • Organize Employment Exams and Interviews as needed.

  • Compensation & Negotiation: Negotiate with candidates regarding the compensation package.

  • Tracking & MIS: Maintain a detailed track record against various openings and prepare Monthly MIS reports.

II. Candidate & Employee Formalities

  • Offer & Onboarding:

    • Prepare Offer Letters and release them to the selected candidates.

    • Conduct rigorous follow-up till the candidate's joining date and ensure closure of positions ASAP.

    • Assess candidate's fitness and character for the role.

    • Take care of joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Pre-Joining Activities:

    • Conduct end-to-end joining formalities of candidates after the closure of positions.

    • Provide Joining Kits, Joining Documents, Access Card, and Offer Letters to new joiners on the Date of Joining (DOJ).

    • Initiate and track Background Checks and Verification.

  • Post-Joining & Employee Database:

    • Generate a Personal Folder of employees after the completion of joining.

    • Record Creation in the HR Database.

    • Maintain Personal Files and different registers.

III. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Documentation:

    • Ensure Offer and Appointment letters are issued on time.

    • Generate all necessary letters as required (Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Offer Letter, Termination Letter, Promotion Letter, etc.).

  • Employee Management: Manage regularization and confirmation processes of employees.

  • ID & Profiling: Position profiling as per requirements from various positions and finalizing ID for different departments.

  • Coordination: Coordinate with activities related to employee engagement.

  • Admin Tasks: Prepare Employee File for each employee and provide ID Card forms of new joiners to Admin.

  • Record Management: Record Management of Personal Files.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Core Knowledge: Hard-core knowledge and experience in Sourcing Candidates is mandatory.

  • Experience: [Insert relevant experience years, e.g., 2-5 years] of experience in an HR/Recruitment role, preferably covering both corporate and manufacturing hiring.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using major Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.) and social media for professional recruitment.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
