Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive who will be responsible for managing recruitment and HR operations at branch locations. The role involves regular field visits to branches for hiring, employee coordination, training, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned branches regularly for HR activities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, and joining)
Coordinate with branch managers for manpower requirements
Provide training to branch staff on HR processes, form filling, and company policies
Identify gaps and help employees improve their performance
Ensure proper documentation of employees at the time of joining
Assist candidates in form filling and ensure accuracy of details
Ensure all joining formalities are completed as per company policy
Support employee onboarding and induction process
Visit branches to understand and resolve HR-related issues/problems
Act as a bridge between head office and branch staff
Address employee queries during branch visits
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently for field work
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Training and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail (especially in documentation & form filling)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Forms, etc.)
Time management and coordination skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
Experience:
0–1 years (Freshers can also apply)
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Willingness to travel to different branch locations
