Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Lokaci, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and placing qualified salon professionals such as beauticians, hair stylists, makeup artists, and more. This is a target-based position requiring a minimum of 5 successful, paid hirings per month to unlock salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit skilled candidates for various salon roles through online and offline channels.

• Conduct screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit for client salons.

• Ensure at least 5 successful placements with payment collection from clients per month.

• Maintain active communication with salon partners to understand staffing needs and timelines.

• Follow up to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and payment confirmation.

• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and client feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or staffing services is preferred (Fresher with strong communication skills may apply).

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

• Professional-level English and Hindi communication skills.

• Ability to manage field recruitment if required (visiting salons or training centers).

• Basic knowledge of salon services and roles is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
