Key Responsibilities

A. Bulk Hiring

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring projects.

2. Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.

3. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and manage candidate shortlisting and follow-ups.

B. Goal Achievement

1. Consistently work towards monthly hiring targets aligned with business goals.

2. Monitor and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet hiring deadlines.

C. Coordination and Reporting

1. Coordinate with hiring managers and support teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.

2. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data for internal reviews.

D. Stakeholder Management

1. Provide regular communication and engagement with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

2. Liaise with internal team members to ensure alignment with project timelines and expectations.
