Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment teams.
Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination.

Eligibility

Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR or any stream).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
