Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions.
Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, databases and social media.
Screen candidates based on experience, location, age, CTC, notice period and job suitability.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain Lineup, Turnup and Joining Trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with candidates and company HR/branch managers for interview scheduling.
Maintain an updated candidate database/ATS.
Ensure regular follow-up for selected candidates until joining.
Collect and verify required candidate documents.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Work toward achieving monthly recruitment and joining targets.
