About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and policies.
Provide support in payroll processing and attendance management.
Learn and contribute to HR compliance and labor law documentation.
Coordinate with team members on day-to-day HR operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
