Job Description

Sources candidates from various channels (Social Media, Job Portal, Referrals etc).
Assist candidates in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
Coordinate with the stores/ Company team to schedule training session for onboarding candidates.
Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.
meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure Rider reliability.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably for filed based roles.
