Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
o Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
o Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and professional networks.
o Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a good fit for the role and company culture.
Interview Coordination
o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Provide support during the interview process, including preparation of interview questions and materials.
Candidate Management
o Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
o Provide timely updates to candidates on the status of their applications.
o Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Data Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
o Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs.
o Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR is a plus.
Experience recruiting in international logistics industry specific.
