We are looking for a hands-on Executive with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience to handle end-to-end blue-collar hiring, daily plant administration, and Industrial Relations (IR).
Key Responsibilities
Blue-Collar Hiring: Manage high-volume frontline sourcing, mass recruitment drives, and onboarding.
Plant Handling: Oversee daily plant operations, time office management, shift scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Labor Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws, factory acts, and maintain all statutory registers.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of direct experience in a manufacturing plant or factory unit.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, contract labor management, and plant operations.
Communication: Must be fluent in Hindi and the local regional language to manage frontline workers.
Education: Graduate in BBA, HR, MSW, or related field (Diploma in Labor Laws is a plus).
