Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and have a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct cold calling and initial candidate outreach.

• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

• Assist in achieving hiring targets within specified timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation in BBA (Human Resources) or MBA (Human Resources).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will be an added advantage.

• Ability to perform cold calling and candidate engagement effectively.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.

• 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
