HR Recruiter

KIAT Systems and Embedded Solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and final evaluations. You will also be responsible for updating job advertisements, conducting background checks, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

This position offers an 15k - 20k, along with excellent growth and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and regularly update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and administer evaluation tests.

• Advertise openings on online platforms and social channels to attract top talent.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with department managers to fulfill current and future hiring needs.

• Manage and maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

• Conduct background checks and verify employment credentials before hiring.

• Support onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
