We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This role plays a key part in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to support our company’s growth and success.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
Develop and post job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
Assist in creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and career events.
Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding new employees and maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
0-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
