Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify prospective candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle the entire process from posting jobs to extending offers.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Meet with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and necessary paperwork to initiate onboarding.
Database Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date candidate information
