HR RECRUTER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong knowledge of various job portals, and excellent communication skills. This is not an entry-level position, so candidates without prior experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various job portals and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in recruiting for multiple industries or domains.
Understanding of HR policies and labour laws is a plus.
