Proactively search for qualified candidates on job boards, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, and through employee referrals. 

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear, compelling job descriptions. 

Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. 

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. 

Communicate job offers and manage the negotiation process with successful candidates. 

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve strategies. 

Ability to manage a high-volume workload, multitask, and meet deadlines
