We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in our fast-growing trading organization.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment (30–50 hires per year) for sales, technical, and support roles
Sourcing through Naukri (Resdex/RMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobHai, Apna, referrals & campus etc.
Hands-on usage of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Sign on a daily basis
Employee life-cycle management: onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Form-16)
Employee engagement activities, grievance handling, performance appraisals
Maintaining 100% compliance and digital documentation
Process improvement and HR reporting (Excel + Zoho Analytics)
1–2 years of core experience in recruitment + HR operations
Mandatory: Daily working knowledge of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Sign
Proven ability to close positions using Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobHai & Apna
Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or any Graduate with relevant experience
