HR Recruiter

🔹 Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination).

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.

• Evaluate candidates based on job fit, communication, and technical skills.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain applicant data and daily recruitment reports.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls and basic assessments.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

🔹 Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and portals.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Fast learner with a positive attitude.

🔹 Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred but not mandatory).

• 1 Year Experience with excellent communication are welcome.
