Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Coxswain 23, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Beach Road, Opp. Kozhikode Corporation Office, Kozhikode, Kerala (On-Site) Working Days: 5.5 days per week

❖ Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to efficiently close positions within set timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

❖ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding.

• Post job openings on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.

• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while ensuring timely feedback.

• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the selection process until joining confirmation.

• Handle offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, generate hiring reports, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
