Job Summary:
The HR Executive supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
Support exit formalities including FNF settlement and documentation
Coordinate training and induction programs
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1–4 years of experience in HR operations
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
