JOB BRIEF
To build a pool of relevant candidates to full fill the manpower requirement of all departments in a specific time frame.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
a. End to end recruitment process to make sure the availability of the relevant staff
in each and every department
b. Line-up interviews through Cold Calling job Postings and Mass Mailing as per the
provided job description.
EDUCATION
a. Education :- Graduate in relevant Field
EXPERIENCE
a. Experience :- 6 Months – 1 Year
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
b. Proficient on Related portals (Naukri.com, indeed, Apna App, LinkedIn, EPF and
ESIC etc.)
c. Must be good in computers.
