Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. The role focuses on bulk hiring for banking sales positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or similar fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking sales roles
Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlines
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring/BPO hiring preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in hiring for sales or banking roles
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
Local candidates from Chennai or nearby areas
